Looks like another show is worth all the hype.

It's no surprise that some streaming platforms get more attention from viewers because they're generally more popular and produce a lot more original series. But that doesn't mean that the other platforms are less successful or produce less quality content.

The whole world has gone mad with the recent release of a new horror K-drama on Netflix. The series called Parasyte: The Grey was at the top of the platform’s Global Chart and already has a 100% Rotten Tomatoes score.

The premise of the series is terrifying yet simple: humans must find a way to win the war against the unknown new evil robot creations that look more like monsters. But while Netflix launched the fantasy thriller, Hulu and Disney+ released another hit series called Blood Free on April 10.

There are many reasons why you should tune in to K-drama, with the first one being the fact that the main leads in the series are played by none other than Ju Ji Hoon and Han Hyo Joo. For many diehard K-drama fans, this information would be enough to check on the series immediately, but if you are still not one of them – we'll tell you more.

Blood Free is a sci-fi thriller that revolves around a very important topic of meat consumption. For millions of years people ate meat without even a second thought, but now the era of artificially cultured meat dominates the market. And the main company that produces it is the one called BF.

After some time, however, people both inside and outside the company began to question the actions of the CEO Yoon Ja Yoo and how true she was to the true mission of BF. And she hires a former bodyguard to keep her safe.

There have only been 4 episodes released, but the fans are already finding it brilliant.

“Great production value, strong acting (no shocker there) and an interesting, tension filled premise. FL is really under pressure here and seems to be getting it from all angles but at the same she doesn’t seem completely trustworthy herself. I like when our leads are on opposite sides but end up having no one but each other to trust - eager to see how it all plays out,” Redditor This_Tonight3413 said.

Blood Free has a 8.1 rating on IMDb and is available to stream on Hulu and Disney+.
